Mounted:

Stephanie has been a certified Centered Riding®  Instructor since 2000 and is currently a Level 2.  CR helps the rider to be in harmony using what founder Sally Swift called "the four basics".  You will achieve a greater level of communication with your horse no matter what discipline or level rider you are.

Unmounted: 

Centered Riding® groundwork concentrates on body awareness, flexibility, strength and balance using our own bodies and various equipment.  Riding concepts are dissected and practiced on the ground helping to integrate mind and body without having to worry about what the horse is doing!  This greatly enhances the learning process and scheduled riding lessons do not need to be cancelled because of weather.
